Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan assisted). Sift flour, baking powder, salt and Gregg's Ground Smoked Paprika into a mixing bowl. Stir through grated cheese and chopped parsley.
Step 2
Whisk egg, milk and oil together. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid. Mix to just combine ingredients.
Step 3
Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes until muffins are golden and spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Leave in the tins for 5 minutes before transferring to a baking rack to cool.
