Our grilled peaches with balsamic recipe is great to serve at your next BBQ! It’s a delicious way to use Wattie's® Peaches Sliced in Clear Fruit Juice a little bit differently.
1 can Wattie's® Peaches Sliced in Clear Fruit Juice
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup raw unsalted walnuts
2 tbsp honey or more if desired
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
8 mint leaves

Step 1
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Drain Wattie's peaches, and brush both sides with coconut oil and grill for 4 to 5 minutes, till grill marks form. Flip and grill for another 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add walnuts to a dry pan and place over medium-low heat. Toasting the walnuts, stir until warmed. Set aside from heat.
Step 4
Add peaches to your serving plate and drizzle honey and balsamic glaze. Top the dish with toasted walnuts and garnish with mint leaves.
