Fruit Salad Breakfast Parfaits

Layered with crushed Weet-Bix™, Greek yoghurt and fruit salad, these breakfast parfait cups are a tasty treat.

4 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits, crushed
1 cup reduced fat Greek yoghurt
400g Wattie's Fruit Salad with No Added Sugar
2 tsp honey, optional

Step 1
Distribute half of the crushed Weet-Bix™ between glasses. Top with half of the yoghurt and half of the drained fruit salad.
Step 2
Repeat the layers with the remaining Weet-Bix™, yoghurt and fruit.
Step 3
Drizzle honey over the top if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Tips

A tablespoon of toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds make a great topping to these breakfast parfait!
